Andrew Frisbie is a graduate student in the School of Communication Studies at Ohio University. His research focuses on the intersection of communication, health organizing, and self-efficacy, and specifically the social construction of health risks and the decision-making processes involving choice behaviors and relationships that support the management of and confidence in chronic-illness. In addition to extensive teaching in Athens, he has taught and researched in the Middle East and southeast Asia.
